Status
Harbor runs Laravel apps on a private cluster. We publish operational details here so you can decide if we fit your production needs.
Current region
Single-region private infrastructure (homelab edge + Swarm). We do not claim multi-region active-active. Tenant apps are served behind Cloudflare with origin access limited to Cloudflare IPs.
Control plane
- API and portal health endpoints:
/health,/ready - Observability: OTLP traces/logs from API, worker, and Nitro to our collector
- For live incidents, check your app status in the portal dashboard attention strip
What we monitor for you
- Deploy and build job success or failure (portal activity + logs)
- Queue worker status for shared and dedicated apps
- Daily baseline database backups for healthy apps
External third-party status page integration can be linked here when configured. Until then, this page and the portal are the source of truth.
