Terms of service

Harbor is managed Laravel hosting from Yelle Software LLC. These terms cover the public site, the waitlist, and paid apps.

The service

Harbor builds and runs Laravel apps from a git remote you provide. Shared apps run on our cluster. Dedicated apps run on an isolated VM. Hardware, backups, and add-ons are listed on pricing and the backup policy. The platform is single-region. We do not promise a specific uptime percentage.

Accounts

The marketing site is public. The portal requires a Harbor membership. You are responsible for the Logto account you use to sign in and for any git credentials you attach. Keep those secrets in your control.

Your apps

You own your code, database contents, and environment variables. You are responsible for what the app does, including content, licenses, and lawfulness. Harbor provisions infrastructure and deploys what you send us. We may suspend an app that harms the platform or other tenants.

Acceptable use

  • No illegal content, abuse, or malware
  • No scanning or attacking other tenants or Harbor infrastructure
  • No attempt to bypass Cloudflare, Teleport, or shared-resource isolation
  • Fair use on shared MariaDB, Redis, and backup size as described on the backup policy

Billing

Paid seats and add-ons are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Creating an app without an active plan sends you to Stripe Checkout. We do not promise refunds. Email [email protected] if a charge looks wrong.

Cancellation

Cancel from Billing in the portal. Apps then enter a deprovision grace period so you can export data. After that window we remove the app, its runtime, and backups per the backup policy. Waitlist mail stops when you unsubscribe.

Limits

Harbor is a small managed platform. Backups, restores, and support happen during support hours. Baseline dumps are not a guarantee against data loss. If Harbor is unavailable or an app fails, our responsibility is limited to the fees you paid for the unused portion of that service. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data beyond published backup retention, or damage caused by your application.

Effective 15 September 2026. This is how Harbor is run, not legal advice. We will update this page when the service changes.
